Hello, we’re Heather Martin and Mark Warthen, and we own Caring Transitions of Frederick South. After years in the corporate world, mostly in Information Technology, we wanted our work to feel more personal and closer to the people in our own community. Caring Transitions spoke to us because its mission matches how we try to show up in life: with compassion, dignity, and respect for seniors and the families who love them.

We know how overwhelming a move, downsizing, or settling a loved one’s estate can feel. Our strengths are organization, clear communication, and practical problem-solving, and we use them to bring calm to what can be a complex process.
